I am a strong leader, and my skills translate well to the school board position. I am engaged in our community and our school district. I will listen to teachers, students, staff, and the community. I will show up and help drive initiatives to improve academics in our school district.

Key Issues
Academics
As a candidate for the school board, I believe that the foundation of any thriving community begins with the education of its young people. Academics are at the heart of this mission, and it is through strong, rigorous educational programs that we empower our students to succeed in an increasingly complex world.
Tax Dollars
As a candidate for the school board, I believe that our educational system must be fully funded in a way that promotes fairness, excellence, and sustainability. A well-funded school system is vital to ensuring that our students receive the education they deserve. However, I also understand that the issue of school taxes is a sensitive one for many families and homeowners in our community. As a school board member I will advocate to use this money responsibly and to keep the tax levy flat.
Bullying and School Safety
As a candidate for the school board, I believe every student deserves a safe, supportive learning environment. Bullying—whether physical, emotional, or online—undermines our students' ability to succeed and thrive. I’m committed to tackling this issue head-on and ensuring all students feel safe and valued.
Competitive Wages for Teachers
Teachers and Support Staff are the backbone of our education system, shaping the minds and futures of our children. It is essential that we recognize their value and ensure they are compensated fairly for the critical work they do.
